The City of Westlake Village turns 35 on Sunday, December 11th and to celebration the City Hall has put together, in conjunction with The Shoppes at Westlake Village, a festive holiday sing a long. The fun starts at 4pm and will include a fountain display and tree lighting ceremony to cap off the day of family fun.<\/p>\n

The sing a long will feature a choir group comprised of local community members, students, and local musicians. The music, of course, will be nothing but the holiday classics we all know and love. The day will also include a toy drive for Casa Pacifica and a canned food drive for Manna. Other activities are set to feature cooking decorating, a balloon artist, two miniature horses, and a reading of the children’s classic “How the Grinch Stole Christmas”. Dessert for the first 750 guest and 250 umbrellas (if it rains) will be provided. Here is a bit more info about the event.<\/p>\n
